What is the refund policy on Standard Notes?

We want to make purchasing Standard Notes the easiest decision you'll make all year.

We offer 100% refunds on any plan, as long as you request for a refund within the specified time period for your plan:

• Productivity Plan: 100% refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
• Professional Plan: 100% refund within 90 days of your purchase date.

If you try Standard Notes and decide it's not for you, simply let us know. However, we also reserve the right to refuse a refund request if we find that your account has a consistent pattern of repeated purchases and refund requests, which can be deemed as an abuse of the refund policy.

Note that if you paid using cryptocurrency, there is also a possibility that we may not be able to process your refund due to certain technical limitations.
